• Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days.

• UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us so we can help track it.

• Plants: Refunds are only available if plants arrive damaged. Please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.

• Sacred Medicines & Tools: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
