Lepanthes tortuosa

Lepanthes tortuosa is a stunning miniature cloud forest orchid prized as much for its foliage as its flowers. The leaves display an intricate mosaic pattern of deep and bright green, creating a jewel like appearance that remains attractive year round. From the surface of the leaf emerge delicate translucent flowers with pink and golden orange details, each bloom appearing like a tiny exotic creature suspended above the foliage.

This species forms compact clumps and is perfectly suited to terrariums, orchidariums, and high humidity cloud forest cabinets where its remarkable foliage can be appreciated up close.
