Plant Medicine Integration: Returning to Relationship

There is a common misconception that integration is about understanding what happened in ceremony.
It isn’t...

Integration is not about collecting insights or trying to explain every vision. It is about how we choose to live when we return home.
The most important integration question isn’t:
“What did it mean?”
It’s:
“How do I live this?”
Plant medicines can open a door, but they don’t ask us to remain there. They gently invite us to carry what we’ve remembered into everyday life.
Real integration happens in ordinary moments.
The conversation with someone you love.
The way you care for your body.
The way you respond when life becomes uncomfortable.
The way you listen to a bird, water your plants, or simply sit in silence without needing to fill the space.
For me, integration has never been about becoming someone new. It has been about returning to who I already was before life became so noisy.
The plants didn’t give me answers.
They helped me build a relationship with the questions.
What Is an Integration Session?
People often imagine an integration session is about someone interpreting their ceremony.
That isn’t my role.
I won’t tell you what your visions mean or offer a spiritual explanation for your experience.
Instead, I hold a space where your own understanding can unfold naturally.
Sometimes all we need is someone willing to listen deeply enough that we begin to hear ourselves again.
The answers aren’t with me.
They’ve always been within you.
Who Are These Sessions For?
These sessions are for anyone navigating a meaningful life experience.
You may have recently sat with ayahuasca, huachuma, mushrooms, or another sacred plant medicine.
this is not just for plant medicine perhaps your journey has come through grief, illness, nature, loss, personal change, or simply a feeling that life is asking something different of you.
Integration belongs to all of life.
Every experience is inviting us into relationship.
The Heart of Integration
One of the greatest teachings the plants have offered me is that life isn’t happening to us.
It is continually inviting us into relationship.
Relationship with ourselves.
Relationship with others.
Relationship with the living world.
The more we resist what is here, the harder life often feels.
The more willing we become to meet each moment honestly, the more naturally understanding begins to grow.
Like a plant, wisdom isn’t forced.
It grows through relationship.
A Gentle Invitation
You don’t need to have all the answers.
You don’t need to understand everything that happened.
Sometimes the deepest integration begins when we stop trying to explain the experience and simply begin living it.
One honest step.
One conversation.
One breath.
One relationship at a time.
Please ask about our integration guidance services if this resonates with you.
